Can Taking Next Choice Have Resulted In Irregular Period?

Hi, Im 20, and have always had IRREGULAR periods. I havent had my period since may, and had sex for the first time 9 days ago. We used a condom, but it slipped off at some point and some ejaculate got inside me. I took Next Choice EC about 4 hours later, but I slept past my alarm and took the second one 18 hours later. I noticed some spotting today that was kind of brownish. Im pretty terrified right now, could I be pregnant and whats the soonest I could take a pregnancy test?

Hi

Pregnancy tests are accurate when done 7 to 10 days after missing the period or at least one to two weeks after you had sex. If you are pregnant, your body needs time to develop detectable levels of HCG.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
