I advice you to go for investigations like vaginal swab test, cell cuture, hanging drop preparation to confirm the fungus infections. Blood sugar should be done to exclude the diabetes. I will give following advice as treating advice: continue flucanazole tablet and nystop powder. You also take clotrimazole suppository for better effect. Mild hydrocortisone can be used if itching and irritation. Wash vagina with warm salted water. You have to avoid excessive sweets, spicy and oily foods.
