Hi,

Flgyl is safe in last three months of pregnancy. Entamizol does not have enough data to say about it's safety in pregnancy, so one has to relay on experience of prescribing doctor.

Please do not worry about baby's safety. Believe your doctor & take the medicine as advised (it must be essential for your health).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
