hi , i have been having this problem of hair loss for the past say 7 years .. my hair has been significantly scanty and it has been going this way gradually over this time .. however my hair growth seems pretty good at the back and the sides of my head .. its just the central area where my scalp can be quite easily seen .. does harmonal activity have to do with this pattern of hair loss ? body constitution ? is surgery an answer ? please help ..
