hi
thanks for using healthcare magic

Stress can lead to increase in blood circulation in brain and could cause intra-cranial bleeding. It never cause bleeding in other part of body. but in case bleeding could be due to ovarian cyst or fibroid tumors.Chances of bleeding after two weeks of accident due to seat belt is very rare. Go for ultrasound and recheck the condition of uterus and get treatment accordingly.

Thanks
