Can Stress Cause Headache And Chest Pain?

For the past four days I've had a really bad headache and my chest feels painful and tight and I feel out of breath and light headed all the time. I'm 15 years old and if it helps, I've been dealing with a lot of stress lately. Could this be causing my headache and chest pain or could it be something else?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You have the problem of head ache, chest pain, tightness in the chest since 4 days, means it must be due to the infection or the allergy.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, domperidone, paracetamol, cifixime, citrizine.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
