Can Stones In Gall Bladder Cause Weakness And Nausea?

I have been told I have gall stones and need to have the gall bladder removed. my question is this: can this condition cause a non-specific feeling of weakness and unwellness? I am 76 years old and have just recently started feeling very uneasy and tired at the same time, along with borderline nausea. What do you think?
