Can Stomach And Head Pain And Vagina Odour Be Related?
My stomach hurts so bad like I have to puke but can't and I can't poop either. I am writhing in pain, my head hurts too, my vagina has a strong odor- can these be related!? I am sorry for the details I just want a comprehensive answer...any idea what it could be?
These symptoms could be due to different reasons. Inability to pass stools could be due to constipation and should be treated with laxatives. When laxatives are not effective, enema may be required. Vaginal odour occurs due vaginal infections.Long term infections can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease. Hence, antibiotics may be required for 5 days. Pelvic ultrasound will also be needed to identify other causes of abdominal pain.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
