Can Slimex 15 Affect Period,heartbeat And Hyperthyroidism ?

been taking slimex 15 for quit some time now, but have been noticing some changes like my period, my heartbeat, sleepless night, fatigue, dehydration and to top it up with the fact that i have hyperthyroidism , don t know what to do?
