Can Sitting For Long Time Cause Bump Close To Butt Hole?

Hi I'm 16 years old and about 1 week I been feeling this bump inside my butt close to my butthole it hurts but not alot and the weird thing is its not visible or red,itchy,swollen, so I don't know if its serious do I need surgery or just visit my doctor for cream or antibiotics. but I have been playing video games for like 5 hour a day sitting down is that the problem or what?

Hi

Looks like you have developed a lesion of folliculitis.

Now this is basically an infection of the root of the hair follicle.
It is very common in people who tend to sit for long periods of time.
You might need to apply a topical antibiotic cream over the affected area.
Do not use any other oils or creams over it.
Sometime even courses of oral antibiotics are required in certain cases not responding only to topical antibiotic.
You should see a nearby dermatologist who can assess the skin condition and can guide you accordingly.
