Can Shortness Of Breath And Palpitations During Pregnancy Be A Result If Taking Thyroxine And Insulin?

hi. I am 32 years old and 18 weeks pregnant. I take thyroxin for my low function of thyroid. Also I take insulin from 12 weeks of pregnancy as my doctor said because of insulin resistance. Recently I have got some short and difficulty breathing and sometimes palpitation and now I have pain in my heart but very short time. my pain is different spots of my heart. my palpitation and pain are not related to physical activity. sometimes happen when I do rest. and when I take a shower I get difficulty breathing and lightly head. could you please give me answer am I a person that gets problem in heart?

I can understand your concern, the symptoms which you described here may be nonspecific but looking to your medical history and pregnancy I would advise you to rule out certain possibilities of heart disease, it is just because of your medical condition otherwise it is not necessary, one thing I would say that this test will turn unremarkable, no need to worry take care of your baby have nice day.
