Can Sharp Pain Near Right Side Of Pelvic Bone Relate To Ovary Problem ?

I have been having a sharp pain near what seems to be the right side of my pelvic bone. I seem to feel it the most when I have been in a sitting position for while. Never when I am standing or walking. From the pictures that I have seen, I wonder if it could be my Fallopean Tubes or my Ovary. I have felt this now for almost a month. I am a 60 year old female. Can you advise?

Hello & Welcome to HCM,
I had gone through the case and i will advise to go for ultrasound of lower abdomen to find out the exact cause of pain because it can be pain of ovarian cyst, constipation or any ureter or urinary bladder infection, because your question is not clear about stool and urine problem. So do not worry first go for ultrasound and diagnose the correct cause and then take the treatment.Hope you will be satisfied with my answer.
Thanks & Regards:
