182 random sugars is ok . however in view of your dizziness and family history it is advisable to do an oral glucose tolerance test and HbA1c ( glycated haemoglobin ) .This will tell you if you have arisk of developing diabetes . Also get your ears checked by your doctor .Anyways attempt to imrove your lifestyle in terms of healthy calorie conscious eating habits and regular daily exercise schedule .
