Can Proteinaceous Thornwaldt Cyst Cause Headaches?

my daughter received results from an mri that said she hasslight increase of lesion in posterior nasopharynx. Apprearnace favors a Proteinaceous Thornwaldt Cyst she has headaches so they were testing to see if she had MS could this be the cause of her headaches? She is 31 about 110 or 115 and was normally healthy but father has MS

Yes thornwaldt cyst cause headache. In fact any mass in the posterior nasopharynx can cause headache. It is better we can go for excision of the cyst, its a benign condition and nothing life threatening.
