Can Pressure And Pain On Chest And Upper Body With Breathing Difficulty Be Symptom Of Enlarged Heart?
When I lean or bend down I feel like something is squeezing my upper stomach and chest. I have difficulty breathing, turn red in the neck and face and feel like there is a lot of pressure in my upper body. My chest really hurts and air supply is blocked. Can this be a symptom of enlarged heart?

Hi , pressure and pain in chest with difficulty in breathing could be because of enlarged heart. But there are many other causes also. I need to know following things so that I can help you further
your age , gender
do you have any disease like high BP, diabetes ,any heart disease?
do you consume alcohol , tobacco ?
Do you have swelling of legs ?
You can get x ray chest PA view and 2d echo done to find out if there is enlargement of heart. Hope this helps. Take care.
