Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1 ) First of all do not panic.
2 ) It won't be wrong on my side to advise you to get proper sex
counselling done. Before you start your sex life, it is of utmost importance to get the idea about why- what -how about human sexuality.
This will help to prevent various issues related to sexuality and
pregnancy and STDs.
3 ) As you might be aware that if you have history of regular cycles and unprotected sex act, then you have chance of getting pregnant.
Even though your partner claims that there was no ejaculation, pre ejaculation secretions (precum) does contain sperms enough to cause pregnancy.
4 ) As you have mentioned that condom was not used, I will suggest you to take
emergency contraceptive pill . These pills are effective to prevent pregnancy if you take it within 24 to 72 hours of unprotected sex act.
If this time period has passed out then I will suggest you to wait till the expected date of the cycle.
If you happen to cross your dates, then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for ppregnancy. In case of doubt blood
beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
5 ) Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
