Hi,
The rise in temperature should persist throughout the rest of the cycle if conception occurs. This rise would approximately be around half-a-degree. It needs some more time to predict if pregnancy is a possibility. Cramps in the abdomen are a non-specific finding and can be caused by anything from gastro-intestinal disturbance, urinary causes, tubal movements and so on. Please wait for your next natural period and go for a HPT 3-7 days later if you miss it; you can also get a blood test if you wish an earlier and better diagnosis. Hope this helps.
