Hello madam, well further history is required before coming to a conclusion...why did you require a laparotomy at 20 weeks, is it because you had uncontrolled bleeding or was there a uterine rupture ...There may be chances that you can become pregnant, but there is an risk of scar rupture or a placenta previa and you may require more follow ups.....And adding on to that the gap between your first and second pregnancy was just 3 months, and first was a c-section. ...Ideally the body requires at least 6 months to regain back to its normal phase following pregnancy and also for the wound to heal...i would suggest you to consult your obstetrician,a complete history and a physical examination is required.....hope i was helpful to you. .....

Hello!

If the doctor have done only the laparotomy to expel the baby from the uterus, and you havent had complication you can get pregnancy by yourself.
To confirm this you should consult with a doctor that have operated you,to explain whats the matter with you.
For tube patency and uterus you should do a hysterosalpingography.
I think that you should wait at least for 6 months and than try to conceive if you are normal after your consult.

Take care of your self and do not be worried
