suppose a boys nude penis comes in contact with a girls vagina ...wasnt any intercourse......but penis was little bit wet with precum............girl was 2 days before her periods...........and den took an ipill within 24hrs.............can she become pregnant

Chances of pregnancy is very less in your case, because you people had sex during the safe period and you have also taken i pill within 24 hours
For your knowledge, precum may contain sperm and it is not necessary for a complete penis insertion to become pregnant. Even a small contact may cause pregnancy.

If you people not planning for a baby, then use a regular birth control method like condom or oral pills. Emergency pills are not safe in long run.
