Can Pickles And Tamarind Affect Health Of Foetus?

Hi doc, iam 28yrs old.iam 4th month pregnant.iam having 10nos pista,10nos badam,2anjeer,3 dry dates, 3walnuts,moong dal sprouts-1cup,1glass milk,dal curry with green leaf,curd,one pomegranate,any vegitable curry with rice everyday.is this diet is sufficient in 4th month pregnant. i ate pickles,tamarind rice ..etc heat food in first 3months.is it effect on fetal development?

It's nice to see that you are following a excellent balanced diet.
You are taking adequate amounts of all ingredients which is good.
Also take supplements as advised by your doctor. Iron tablets and calcium and multivitamin tablets are extremely important in pregnancy despite a balanced diet.

It's ok occasionally to consume savoury food especially in early pregnancy due to nausea and vomiting.
It will not effect the baby.
