Can Pain In Throat Be Related To A Pinched Nerve In Back?

i am being treating for neuropathy in my legs and feet. i have a known herniation on L4-5. i also have had nerve pain in my throat and nerve pain in my chest. can the nerve pain in my throat be related to the pinched nerve in my back? i also have a bulging disc in my thoracic spine.

No, it cannot.

The throat gets it's sensation from a nerve from within the brain, so a nerve issue in your lumbar spine, or your thoracic spine would not cause those symptoms.
