I feel you have to go on a diet that is nutritionally balanced --skimmed milk and butter milk, mixed sprouts, mixed salads, whole grains, five helpings of fruits, and atleast half a kg of green vegetables a day.
You will also need to increase your metabolic rate with brisk walking(atleast 10,000 steps a day), or any cardio workout or games. It has to be slow and steady--to replace your body fat with muscle tissue.
In case you are not able to do this consult a bariartic surgeon for advise on stomach size reduction surgery that will help you to lose weight.
