Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

It is normal for some women to have bleeding in between when they first start on contraceptive pill. Slowly your body will get adjusted to it.

The first week of period cycle is safe. Sex during that time does not result in pregnancy. Since you have had sex immediately after period bleeding I think it is in the first week of period cycle.

Ipill if taken within 24 hours of unprotected sex is 95% effective in preventing pregnancy. So there is hardly any chance for pregnancy. Don't worry.

The early symptoms of pregnancy are tender swollen breasts, fatigue, nausea, increased urination etc. This is for your information.

I hope this is helpful.
