Can Omeprazole Delayed Release ISP-20 Mg Capsules Immediately Cause Sweating/ Hot Flashes?
I am taking omeprazole delayed release ISP. 20 mg capsules, twice a day as directed by mt doctor. Almost immediately upon taking thie medication, I start sweating?mast first I thighs I was having hot flashes! as I'm now going thru menopause. I've never had hot flashes, before.

No, omeprazole, even with sustained release, is very safe, not causing any problem.
But still if you have problem with this medication, you can switch over to other medication. You can discuss with your doctor.
