Can Nasal Drops Reverse The Flattened Ear Drum?
My husband, who has a significant hearing loss in one ear, was told by the ENT at MCG in Augusta that he has a flattened eardrum. He is using a prescribed nasal spray to possibly reverse the flattened eardrum? Please explain this to me, and is this a routine treatment?

There Is a tube between the ear and nose called eustachian tube which if gets blocked ca give rise to a blocked ear a hearing loss and a flattened ear drum. Nasal sprays can open the Nose and the tube thereby equalising pressure on both sides of ear drum an so retaining the shape of ear drum
