Can Myocarditis Be Treated Completely?

Grandson age 19 diagnosed with Myocarditis .. He was intubated very ill much better now very fatigued. Prior to diagnosis he became confused as Professor noticed this the next day suffered a concussion while swimming . Confused and agitation the next few days contributed to concussion diagnosis. In 12 hrs diagnosed with Pneumonia and then cardiac issues. Could this come back now as he recuperates? Was confusion linked to this
