Can My Kidney Condition Be Cured By Medicine Or Should I Undergo Transplant?

I am undergoing Dialysis for the last 2 months, started dialysis when creatnine level reached 9.7, now the predialysis creatnine level is 6.8 after 4 days, can this be cured with medicine or transplant is the only remedy?
