is molar teething cause watery dysentery in my 18 month old baby. she is passing greenish stool, mostly watery almost every hour today. day before yesterday she suffered from frequent stool about 6 times with one or two bouts of vommiting. we took her to local physician. she was ok yesterday but today since afternoon she is passing watery stool mostly green, this seemed to have happened after she was given lapsi (prepration made using broken wheat which is salted and contains coriander leaves one or two green chillies and carrot added to taste) in morning. since then her stool is seen to contain residue of carrots , green coriander, and broken wheat and the color of stool is watery green.
