Can Missing Menstrual Cycle Indicate Pregnancy?

i had a big abortion in december.by mtp pills.then bleeding start till one month.after that i get back to my normal m.c. for two months.than in may or june i missed my m.c.so ,i am very scared tell me the solution.and my prega news of today is negative.tell me the soltion.i am 25 years old my height is 5''2 and my weight is 45kg.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion missed period along with positive pregnancy test confirms pregnancy .I suggest you to repeat the test after a week .Usually urine pregnancy test gives accurate results if done after a week of missed period .And if the result is negative wait for spontaneous still then consult doctor for the medicines for withdrawal bleeding or periods.Dont worry even sometimes stress regarding the thought of pregnancy or anything also might delay the period.So relax.
