Can Migrating Urticaria Lead To Cancer?

I started to have a migrating urticaria for 4 months then had elevated ESR. After CT Scan, they found a multiple nodules in my lungs. Then, they tested my sputum and found out that I have active PTB but asymptomatic. My question is, can I have another disease like cancer and just had accidental active PTB? Because until now I still having migrating rashes and migrating pain e.g. breast, back, left arm on different days.
