Can Medical Intervention Help In Correcting Congenital Tight Tendons In Feet?

I am 42, 5"7 and about 8st 9oz and was born with tight tendons in the top of both my feet, this has always prevented me from pointing my toes (my toes are pulled up) keeping some shoes on and i walk with a slight limp. I also suffer from pain if I walk a lot. Is there anything that can be done? many thanks
