I like to ask a question I had been infected with chicken pox for the last six days and on the sixth day I masturbate and put out the sperm from my penis. Is this going to affect the chicken pox or not. I am really very worried about it. Please help me out.

The masturbation will not affect your chickenpox clinical course. So don't worry about that. However, masturbation during such viral infection can cause more fatigue. So you can feel weakness.
