Can Lower Abdominal Pain Be Sign Of Appendicitis?

I am having lower abdominal pains, I am 14 years old and I have already had my menstrual cycle this month, I ended it last week. I m getting chills, I don t have an appetite, and I m feeling fatigue, and I m feeling naseous. The only way to get rid of this pain is to lay on my side in a fetal position. Is this appendicitis?
