Can Low Iron Level In Body Cause Lump In The Throat?
Hi I recently had a Missed miscarriage which resulted in 6 weeks worth of bleeding. This caused me to have low iron, i recently had a blood test which showed my ferritin level at 23. I can't take iron tablets as I'm allergic to them so have been eating better instead. My Question is since all this has happened I've had shortness of breath all the time even when sitting and a lump in my throat, especially noticable when swallowing. Can this be caused by low iron?
