Hi,
Looking at the history and laboratory findings, I do not think a diagnosis of leukemia can be made on basis of total WBC count of 11.8 and high neutrophil.
Leukemia is commonly associated with high count and increased immature cells in peripheral blood and bone marrow biopsy is necessary for confirmation.
Your report looks like a case of neutrophilia probably due to infection or inflammation some where in the body.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
