Hi, I developed a bulge around my circumcised penis head in the last two days. The bulge is at the folded foreskin below the red penis head. My doctor told me it is due to inflammation and prescribed an antibiotics. But the bulge seem not receding that much. I forgot to tell my doctor that I have a 5mm kidney stone. Could this bulge due to the kidney stone trying to come out?
