When I went for my first sano My baby measured 8 weeks 5 days but on the sano it shows ga: 16w2 days there wrong they are going by the last day of My period but I m so irregular witch was October but U really got pregnant around Jan maybe end of December. So could that made the results false? Please help
Do not worry about the LMP or due date based on the LMP. The ultrasound examination will calculate the gestational age more precisely based on the size and growth of the fetus (femur length, etc.) and calculate your due date.
Whether they are accurate or not, you will deliver when the baby has grown and it is time to deliver, so you please do not worry about anything and leave the worrying to your doctor.
Irregularity in your menstrual cycle can lead to a miscalculation, but the ultrasound will be more accurate.
Best wishes.
