Hello, thanks for asking on healthcaremagic. Your report suggest Polycystic ovarian syndrome. Associated with irregular periods, hirsuitism, acne, obesity, some patients might be lean, impaired glucose tolerance/diabetes, infertility. Kindly consult an endocrinologist. He will get LH, FSH, Prolactin, Testosterone, DHEAS, Thyroid etc done from blood. You might need a few months course of cyclic hormonal medications. Your self, eat healthy, reduce weight if obese, exercise. Thats all. It is actually related to genes and diabetes in family. So it might or might not create problems while conception. Moreoever these days lots of treatments are available. Hope i guided you well. Thanks.
