Hello and welcome to HCM,
I am Dr Nilajkumar a consultant gynecologist and I will be helping you in your queries.

Regesterone is a progesterone analogue and it may delay periods. However you have not mentioned anything about contraceptive use and regesterone from day 22 is not a contraceptive. So if there was a pregnancy due to sexual acts then periods will be delayed. A pregnancy test will come positive 3 weeks after the sexual act that caused the pregnancy if a urine test is used and a week earlier for a blood test.

Please wait for 2 more weeks before you do the test. Sometimes stress also delays periods. So relax and maybe you may have a period.

If the test remains negative and periods are delayed more than 2-3 months, you must see your gynecologist for other causes of delayed periods.

Hope this was helpful.
Feel free to ask any further queries and I will be happy to help.
Thanks for using HCM.
Have a good day.
