Can Increased Endometrial Thickness Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding With Clots?

There is an increasing endometrial thickness with increase in size of uterus.menses are continuously coming since 15-20 days with large clots .There is a labor like pain along with. Doctor has advised for hysterectomy.Age is 49 years.Is there is any scope for this in homoeopathy to avoid operation??

You are continuously losing blood and timely intervention is required.

As of now, you can take drugs like Tranexamic Acid to control bleeding. Proceed with surgery.
