HI
Well come HCM
I really appreciate your concern, ideally such condition may not needs any treatment if these is due to allergic condition, now for the stool passing it may not required any medicine unless it is being proved some infection but care needs to be take for hydration else the diarrhea is self limiting, it most advisable to keep the child away from the medicine if the condition are not indicative for it, you can discus this with pediatrician hope this information.
