Can I Gelusil For Stomach Burn?
i am 70, visitor to dubai, on brufen 600mg thrice a day as a pain reliever after wrist fracture, 15 days back. which antacid should i take?i cant afford risek prescribed by ortho. please prescribe inexpensive antacid to prevent stomach burn.thank you.can i take gelusil?

Well come to HCM
You are on Ibuprofen 600 mg three times in day and in my opinion the 600 mg Ibuprofen is enough to cause the gastritis and the dose of this drug need to reduced in dose, instead of taking antacid better to have the PPI (Proton Pump Inhibitor) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, this is convenience in dose and not expensive too, can be tried, Thank.
