hi... if u have positive test then u r definitely pregnant but to become sure of it u need a scan that will also show the condition of gestational sac.as u r telling there is spotting so there may be risk of threatened abortion but no need to worry as if scan is fine then ur pregnancy can be saved with medicines.all the best
