Dear sir I understand your concern. I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties getting your blood sugar in the normal range now. Regarding this medicine sitagliptin its a new medication and having many good benefits on your beta cells of pancreas.this medicine also decreases your hunger and control your food input. so in my opinion stopping this drug is not a good idea.
