Can Hypoglycemia Be Managed Through Diet And Exercise Alone?

2 years ago my ALT labs yielded 102 which is above normal limits. For the past few weeks I have been experiencing dizziness before mealtimes. My blood glucose is in the 60-70 mg/dL range during the episodes. As a nurse, I suspect that I have reactive hypoglycemia. I have no history of hypoglycemia but I am overweight and do not exercise outside of daily routine. Would you think that simply changing my diet and activity level would correct something like this?
