Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your scheduled questions I would like to explain you that if your friend has experienced only hot flushes without any other additional symptoms like chest pain, breathlessness, etc. the possibility of a heart attack is quite very low. Hot weather is an objective argument, but I think that dispersed fumes of your strong joint is the most reasonable explanation. If symptoms persist and are coupled with other unpleasant feelings, I recommend to consult a doctor. Hope to have been helpful to you. Greetings! Dr. iliri
