Can Hitting The Head To Metal Shelf Causes Numbness In Face And Nausea?

Around 8 this morning I hit the top of my head on a metal shelf and haven t felt right since then my head doesn t hurt too bad but I keep getting a numbing feeling in my face especially my sinus area and I have felt nauseous all day should I be concerned

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the head injury, may be the concussion.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment . You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
If there is concussion you will get the treatment . Other wise you will exclude the problems of concussion.
