I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your complain in case if you have a perforated eardrum that is present since one year and not healing and also there is pus discharge from the ear that is an indication of chronic ear infection which inturn is a potent cause of perforated ear drum.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and the first thing that has to be done is to get the treatment done for infection that will include antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller, decongestants and steroids.. Once the infection resolves and if the perforation still does not heals you can be advised to get surgical patching of the eardrum done to repair it and it can improve healing as well as hearing aids can also be advised to you..
