Can Frequent Urination, Diarrhea And Cramps Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi I am 6 days late for my period. Normally regular. Have had cramps within that time thinking im getting my period. Did a test yesterday evening but was negative. So did one this morning still negative. I feel as though i am pregnant but negative tests. I have had diahorroa also. Increased urination too. Quite confused? Should i retest ?

Understand your concern
Missed period is definitive sign of pregnancy.
Frequent urination and cramps may be presumptive symptoms of pregnancy.
But not definitive symptoms.
Pregnancy test is negative as you did early. You should do it again if period will delay by 10-12 days. Blood HCG and USG are better test to diagnose pregnancy.
Gastrointestinal disturbance may be possibility in absence of pregnancy.
