Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
it happens at times that pregnancy test is positive but ultrasound shows npo evidence of pregnancy.
Common reasons for this are -
- early pregnancy too small to detect
- tubal ectopic pregnancy
- false positive pregnancy test.
In my opinion get a bHCG testing done and wait for results and corelate with ultrasound findings.
In case you have further questions you can consult me on health care magic forum and i will be happy to help
